Terms & Conditions – Axkey Limited
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions outline the booking, payment, modification, and cancellation policies for all trips organized by Axkey Limited, a company specialized in tailor-made premium and adventure travel.
2. Booking and Deposit
A booking becomes confirmed once:
• The itinerary has been approved in writing by the client; and
• A 50% deposit of the total trip cost has been paid.
This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 120 days before the first day of the trip.
If the balance is not received by this deadline, Axkey Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.
4. Client Modifications
If the client is unable to travel on the original dates, the trip may be rescheduled to the following year, subject to availability and potential price adjustments from local partners or seasonal changes.
5. Client Cancellation Policy
• Deposit (50%): Non-refundable.
• Second payment (remaining balance):
• If the client cancels 90 days or more before the balance due date: the balance is fully refunded.
• If the client cancels less than 90 days before the balance due date: the balance is non-refundable.
6. Cancellation or Modification by Axkey Limited
Axkey Limited may modify or cancel a trip due to force majeure, safety concerns, political instability, or any event beyond its control.
In such cases, the client may choose between:
• Rescheduling the trip;
• A travel credit;
• A partial refund based on amounts recoverable from local suppliers.
7. Included Services and Exclusions
The trip price includes only the services stated in the confirmed itinerary.
The following are not included:
• Visas;
• Personal expenses;
• Tips;
• Any activity not mentioned in the itinerary;
• Travel insurance (mandatory).
8. Travel Documents and Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring:
• Passport validity;
• Visa requirements;
• Compliance with local health, safety, and immigration regulations.
No refunds will be issued if boarding or entry is denied by authorities.
9. Mandatory Travel Insurance
All clients are required to have valid travel insurance covering, at minimum:
• Trip cancellation;
• Medical assistance & emergency evacuation;
• Baggage loss or damage;
• Any high-risk activities included in the itinerary.
Proof of insurance may be requested before the trip begins.
Clients travelling without adequate insurance do so entirely at their own risk, and Axkey Limited assumes no liability.
10. Liability
Axkey Limited acts as an intermediary between clients and local service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.).
The company cannot be held responsible for delays, accidents, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party providers, weather conditions, or decisions made by local authorities.
11. Acceptance of the Terms
The payment of the deposit and confirmation of the trip signify full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
